You are welcome to collect your purchase in purchase Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm.

3-5 working days
Under £75.00 = £4.50
Over £75.00 = Free

Next Day Delivery (ordered before 12noon)
£7.95 (not available on larger items)

  • Orders placed by 12 noon Monday–Thursday will be delivered the next day
  • Orders placed by 12 noon on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday
  • Orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered within 2 days
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)
  • Some remote locations may be excluded from next day delivery
     

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days to our store at Victoria Lowe Interiors, 15 Dam Street, Lichfield. Staffordshire WS13 6AE. Please ensure you have your receipt or order confirmation e-mail. If the purchase was made using a debit or credit card, please note that the return can only be refunded to the original payment card and that the cardholder must also be present, or alternatively a gift voucher will be issued. 

Returning by Post/Courier

You are welcome to return your item to our store, (we suggest you track your parcel to confirm receipt of delivery) to Victoria Lowe Interiors, 15 Dam Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS14 9DF. Please include your order number and email order confirmation.

Exchanges

We cannot currently offer exchanges by post. To exchange an item that was sent to you incorrectly, please take it to our store, where we will be happy to help. Alternatively, please return the item using our normal returns process, and repurchase the correct item.


Faulty Items

We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. If you have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase, please contact us on 01543 262581 (Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 4pm), or via email on victorialoweinteriors@mail.com to arrange a return (via our normal procedure), exchange, or refund. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

Please provide proof of purchase when returning an item. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, an exchange or gift voucher to the value of the lowest-selling price for the returned goods will be offered. A refund will be offered regardless if the goods are faulty.
